Haring Graphics is owned and all projects are designed by me, Crystal Haring. I have been providing graphic design and custom painting services for clients for the past eight years. I am originally from Alburnett, Iowa and have had a passion for all things art ever since I can remember. I believe it started when my mom sat me down and had me draw my dreams when I was three or four. I have always had vivid dreams that I could remember with great detail and now I have a dream with a purpose.
Education
I attended Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and majored in Integrated Visual Arts and minored in journalism and Spanish. The I.V.A. major combined traditional, graphic, and web design to make me a well-rounded artistic individual. I am a hard worker and graduated cum laude with honors. I am also naturally inquisitive and love to figure out what makes things work, so I love to construct 3-D pieces.
Family
Family is very important to me, as I'm sure you can relate to. My husband, Chad, is always there for me and helps me stay grounded when I have an impulsive moment. That tends to happen often. We have a fetch-happy labrador mix, Inka Haring. My parents, Dan and Sally Kadlec, and brother, Michael, are still holding down the fort in between Alburnett and Central City. They taught me the importance of humor. I think humor is what keeps us happy, sane, and, cheesy as it may sound, "forever young."
Main Focus of Haring Graphics
I know that one can not be "everything to everyone" in business, so I sat down to think about who I wanted to reach with Haring Graphics. My values revolve around family and giving back to community, therefore, Haring Graphics is for those who have events that they would like to celebrate with family and friends. Many of those same people own businesses that they would like to share with current or prospective clients. That is everyone, when one thinks about it. I guess I can't always follow the rules.
Simply put, Haring Graphics is Designing a Difference for every stage and event in your life and in your community.
I look forward to working with you!
